Kefir Drink with Banana & Cinnamon

A creamy kefir drink with banana, cinnamon, linseed oil and honey. A nourishing fermented breakfast drink that supports gut health, digestion and balanced energy.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml kefir
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Add the kefir, banana, linseed oil, cinnamon and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder texture.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Kefir Base: This recipe assumes the kefir is already prepared or bought ready to use. If you want to make kefir from scratch with kefir grains, follow the separate homemade kefir recipe.
Honey Quality: If you use honey, choose a good-quality organic honey when possible. It brings more character than regular refined sweeteners and can contain small amounts of antioxidants and plant compounds. A little is enough here, especially because the banana already adds natural sweetness.
